Winner Kathy Tosh’s “Work With What You’ve Got” wreath won the overall “Best in Show” prize, receiving the 2019 Mayor’s Holly Award of $200. Part of Honolulu’s 2019 City Lights, the 34th Annual Holiday Wreath Contest is held in the Lane Gallery of Honolulu Hale, Downtown. Displayed from Dec. 7 - 31, the contest awarded winners with prize money ranging from $25-$200. Divisions included Adult, Youth, and this year’s “Holiday Hale” Theme Category.
